REAL Ordination is a five-month journey, April 19th through September 4th, designed for those called to lifestyle ministry. This is not about ceremony or visibility. It is about becoming the kind of leader whose life carries evidence.

Over these months, you will be intentionally formed from the inside out. Your connection with GOD will be strengthened. Your character will be examined and refined. Your spiritual life will be aligned so that what you carry inwardly is reflected outwardly. And you will be trained to cultivate people, environments, and vision in a way that produces lasting fruit.

This is structured growth. It is doctrine, development, accountability, and activation. You will not only study ministry — you will practice it. You will not only discuss responsibility — you will carry it. The goal is not information. The goal is transformation that sustains.

This program is intentionally focused. We are not trying to gather a crowd. We are building leaders who understand that ministry is a lifestyle and that influence must be supported by integrity and maturity.

At the completion of the five months, those who have remained faithful to the process will graduate in a public commissioning service — not as a formality, but as recognition of readiness and responsibility.
