As Lead Servant Pastor of REAL Ministries, she calls forth the remnant, runs an ordination program that proves ministry is a lifestyle — not a platform, and carries a global mandate to spread the gospel through missions across Africa, Europe, Latin America, and the Caribbean.

Pastor Nidio Familia has carried the call of GOD on his life for nearly three decades. Marked by a radical conversion that turned his life toward CHRIST, he has spent the last 30 years training, equipping, and strengthening the body of CHRIST with a steady passion for truth and transformation.

His ministry is rooted in building leaders. Through training schools he established in spiritual warfare, prophetic strategy, inner healing, and ministerial character, Pastor Nidio has helped pastors and leaders develop the kind of spiritual depth and discipline that can endure. His students testify to the profound impact his teaching and impartation have had on both their ministries and their personal lives.

Beyond the local church, Pastor Nidio has ministered in national and international congresses, seminars, and training events, leaving a mark that reaches far beyond borders. Academically, he holds a degree in organizational psychology and pastoral ministry, along with advanced ministry training, blending biblical conviction with practical wisdom.

Ordained to the teaching office and pastoral ministry, he also mobilizes apostolic and intercessory teams, spreading the message of GOD’s love and sovereignty with strength and humility. He serves alongside his wife, Apostle Idella Liselle, as they embody faith, perseverance, and love in their ministry and family life.
