As Lead Servant Pastor of REAL Ministries, she actively participates in advancing the kingdom by arming men and women of GOD. Understanding character is more important than charisma, Idella encourages healthy emotional spirituality as a key to identify, cultivate and develop the whole man not just their gifts and callings. She established REAL Ministry Institute as an aggressive training tool for effective leadership. In this digital age, Apostle Idella uses technology to spread the word of GOD through teleconference calls, webinars and live streaming. She has hosted prayer lines since 2009. In October 2015, she hosted 24 hours of daily prayer for a month. After 746 hours of continuous prayer and 11,366 callers reported, she was instructed to call forth the REMNANT. REAL Ministries is a digital platform where believers can encounter GOD in the comfort of their homes.
Missions is her passion. She has done missions in Uganda, Kenya, Jamaica, Bahamas, Ecuador, Spain, Tijuana and Mexico City, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. Latin America captured her heart at the age of 17 when she was living in Mexico as a missionary. Apostle Idella knows her global mandate and is developing REAL Ministries Espanol with a base in Santo Domingo to impact nations around the world.
Apostle Idella is a gifted businesswoman and has multiple business endeavors under Idella Liselle CEO, LLC. As CEO Coach, she specializes in life coaching, business coaching, and writing coaching. She is a serial author of Diary of a B.A.D. Girl: Kingdom Style, Girlfriends Who Pray, Issa & The Blackhole, Is Church Killing You? Surviving Ministry, Legacy, Leverage, She Slays Cause She Prays, The Thoughts Of A Virgin, and Wife Material. As a result, she launched her own business PublishHer to support other Christians during their book publishing journey. She is under the covering of Pastors Ruben and Vicki Dominguez.
Idella Liselle is determined to flip the bias against the church upside down. She understands that church as we know it, has a considerable amount of flaws. But one would never throw the good out with the bad, she is focused on bringing restoration to the reputation of the church by making it a safe place so it can return to its fundamental purpose, which is to mature the body of CHRIST and equip men and women to stand long after the preaching is done.
With over 30 years of walking in the prophetic and 25 years of experience in ministry, she is a spiritual influencer with an innate ability to deliver the word of GOD in a raw, relatable, and real fashion. As a pastor, Apostle Idella understands the importance of the church being a safe place where people are free enough to get free, yet not everyone feels safe in church. This is an unfortunate reality for a lot of believers, so Apostle Idella has decided to remedy this pain point by meeting believers and nonbelievers where they are mentally, spiritually, and physically.
Pastor Nidio Familia felt the divine call to ministry resonate within him nearly three decades ago, just a few years after his conversion experience. Since that pivotal moment, his life has been a testament to unwavering dedication and a fervent desire to equip others for the service of the Lord.
His journey took a transformative turn when he encountered a life-altering message that led him to embrace Christianity. This radical change within him sparked a passion for sharing the gospel and nurturing the spiritual growth of others.

In the last 30 years, Pastor Nidio Familia has emerged as a dynamic force in the ministry of training and coaching. Recognizing the need for believers to be well-equipped for the challenges of the world, he founded training schools focused on spiritual warfare, strategic prophetic training, inner healing, and the development of ministerial character.

These training schools, established under his guidance, have become instrumental in empowering individuals to tap into their spiritual potential. Academically accomplished, Pastor Nidio holds a bachelor's degree in organizational psychology and pastoral ministry. His commitment to ongoing learning is evidenced by a diploma from the Institute for Ministry Development and a thesis in Practical Ministry of the Word.
Ordained to the teaching office and pastoral ministry, Pastor Nidio Familia has also taken on the role of a mobilizer of apostolic and intercession teams, spreading the message of God's love and sovereignty across different regions, further fostering a spirit of unity and fervent seeking of God's presence.
In addition to his extensive ministry engagements, Pastor Nidio Familia finds joy in family life. His wife, Apostle Idella Liselle, actively supports his ministry, embodying the values of faith, perseverance, and love that define the Familia household.
